Butter chicken in a pie

I thought you could only have butter chicken over rice. I was wrong.
Having a butter chicken in a pie is a great idea. We used the pastry like a roti soaking up the sauce and filling.
Will definitely be ordering again.

An enjoyable feast

Bought the limited edition box of 8 for the family up north.

They enjoyed them as a treat by freezing some and eating them over a couple of weeks.
